107 Pine Street Gatewood Hotel

Renovation project in the currently vacant Gatewood, most recently occupied by Plymouth Housing Goup, into a 96-room hotel. The building, first built in 1898, is both a city landmark and on the National Registry of Places.

The four-story, 96-key boutique hotel will occupy a prime corner on First Avenue. 7,600 square feet of retail space and the lobby facing Pine will be reconfigured. New storefront canopies will be added and the exterior masonry and facade will also be cleaned and restored. The hotel will also feature a restaurant, bar and coffee outpost set in the city’s downtown core, steps away from Pike Place Market.
