Combined, the buildings will have 206 apartment units, and each building has rooftop amenity spaces that take advantage of the spectacular views of Lake Union.
Each tower will feature post tensioned decks with concrete cores and shear walls. The south building will have three levels of underground parking and north tower will include tenant storage in the basement. The exterior will be two-tone masonry with window wall construction. Although not a LEED certified, the project will be built using best ‘Green’ construction practices. The rooftop will also feature solar panels and rooftop landscaping.
Construction is scheduled to start in early 2016.
