JTM Construction is proud to partner with the Museum of History & Industry in the construction of their new storage and archive facility in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. Construction activities included demolition of existing warehouse and showroom spaces and the build out of multiple storage and artifact archive space. This update includes several conditioned spaces for photo, art and historic document preservation. There were also significant envelope and office area upgrades. Building storage spaces for precious historically significant artifacts takes special attention to weather intrusion, air quality, moisture control, and museum level dust control and cleaning. JTM is a proud supporter of MOHAI, and we look forward to a long relationship with this iconic local institution.
