The Stadium Place project includes a garage podium with four floors of parking, with 390 stalls along with a 10-story midrise (The Nolo), and a 25-story high rise (The Wave), with both apartment towers totaling over 500 residential living units. The project footprint encompasses an entire city block and is located in the former north parking lot for CenturyLink+C6 Field. The building foundation consists of 440 driven concrete piles with a structural slab, and four elevated post-tensioned concrete decks. The exterior of the building is clad in a variety of skin systems including masonry veneer, window wall, metal panels, storefront, aluminum screen walls, and curtain wall. The residential apartment units were constructed with an industrial theme with exposed concrete walls and ceilings, distressed engineered wood floors, and operable glass sliding doors. The 5th floor, 11th floor rooftop, and the 26th floor rooftop both have residential amenity spaces that consist of a theater, yoga room, gym, wine bar, kitchen, and sports bar.
