Tom Douglas Serious Pie – Capital Hill

This 3,000 square foot restaurant was completed in combination with the Starbucks Reserve Roastery.

It included a wood burning pizza oven along with high end interior wood finishes consistent with other Tom Douglas Serious Pie restaurants.  The interior finishes also included blackened steel trim and casework.
